感謝您支持我的創作。每件作品皆會於確認付款後開始安排包裝與寄送。

出貨時間
作品通常將於付款完成後 3–7 個工作天內 出貨（不含假日及特殊節日）。若因展覽、創作安排或其他特殊情況需延長出貨時間，將另行通知。

配送範圍
目前提供國內及國際配送服務。實際配送地區與方式將依訂單內容與物流條件安排。

運送時間
配送時間依目的地、物流公司及當地通關程序而有所不同，實際到貨時間無法保證。

關稅與進口費用
國際訂單如產生關稅、進口稅、清關費或其他當地相關費用，將由買方自行負擔。

包裝與保護
所有作品皆會盡可能妥善包裝，以降低運送過程中的風險。

若收到作品時發現外包裝或內容異常，請於 72 小時內 聯繫並提供相關照片。

Thank you for supporting my work. Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged after payment confirmation.

Processing Time
Orders are generally shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays). If additional preparation time is needed due to exhibitions, studio scheduling, or other circumstances, you will be notified.

Shipping Destinations
Domestic and international shipping are available. Shipping methods and availability may vary depending on destination and order details.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination, shipping carrier, and customs procedures. Arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging
All artworks are packaged with care to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.
